With the announcement Thursday that Central Moloney will add a second plant to manufacture electrical transformers in Florida, Chris Hart, the CEO of Central Moloney was asked about the workforce at the initial plant when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show Friday.
Morning show host Greg Horne then asked Hart how many employees the company is expected to have when both plants in Florida are at full capacity.
Hart went on to say that the company is always looking for good people.
Currently, more than half the employees at the Pine Bluff plant are over the age of 50 and Hart said that concerns him.
