Bob Love attempted to stop the 2007 Honda Accord driven by Britten because it had a busted headlight.Carson said Britton has prior charges from Faulkner and Pulaski Counties.Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 bond for Britton after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with felony fleeing. He said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court Dec. 21.
