A $25,000 bond was set Thursday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kinyetta Ringo, 37, with second-degree domestic battery.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Shanna Alexander said on Tuesday, police were sent to Jefferson Regional Hospital in response to a reported battery that occurred on West 24th Avenue.

Ringo was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court on July 7. She said she would hire her own attorney.
