A Pine Bluff man and his son were arrested for residential burglary after they both entered another family’s home and engaged in a dispute on December 30th.

Deputy Prosecutor Joe West read an affidavit from Investigator Harper of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and explained what led to the arrest of James Henderson, 47.

Jefferson County District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 bond for Henderson after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with residential burglary and commercial burglary.

West read the affidavit for the codefendant and son Duston Henderson, 18, and explained his involvement in the incident.

Judge Kearney also set a $25,000 bond for him after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with residential burglary, second-degree battery, and third-degree battery.

Both the men were ordered to have no contact with the victims and were told to return to court on February 6th. They said they would retain their own attorney.
