A Pine Bluff man previously convicted of felony fleeing in 2018 was arrested Monday after he allegedly pointed a gun at several people during an altercation.

Raynard Washington, 27, was taken into custody after police were sent to a house on West 21st Avenue in response to a reported disturbance.

Deputy Prosecutor Beth Cason said there were four victims and one of them said Washington entered the house, battered one of the other victims, and threatened to shoot him. She said a 5-year-old child was present when this happened.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $25,000 bond for Washington Wednesday after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with terroristic threatening, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a minor, and third-degree battery.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victims and said he would hire his own attorney.
