A $20,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man, Thomas Self, who is currently on parole and was arrested Tuesday after he was found leaving a building at Highland Pellets at 4310 Emmett Sanders Road.

During a court hearing Wednesday, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said sheriff’s deputies were sent to the company after a report that there was a hole in the fence.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond for Self, 46 after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with breaking or entering. Self will also be held on a parole hold pending a hearing to determine if he should be sent back to prison to complete his sentence
