The Pine Bluff Police Department is in the early stages of investigating a homicide. On September 3, 2020 around 2:00 p.m., Officers were dispatched to 3101 Lilac in reference to someone being shot. Once on scene, Officers found 69 year old Horace Harrington, of Pine Bluff, outside of the residence. Harrington sustained gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Coroner Chad Kelley.
There is no suspect information at this time and the motive of the shooting is unknown.
This will be the city’s 19th homicide.
