A $100,000 cash only bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of having sex with a minor.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Marcus Hadley, 19, with rape and sexual indecency with a child.
Deputy Prosecutor MIrcha King told the court what the allegations against Hadley were.
King said Hadley was interviewed Tuesday and admitted having sex with the victim and also told officers that he knew the victim was a student at a local school district.
Hadley said he would hire his own attorney.
