A reported shooting incident on Monday resulted in the arrest of a Pine Bluff man accused of firing shots at a vehicle.

Derrick Stidum, 18, was taken into custody after he was identified as one of two people who were involved in the incident.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Corey Wilfong, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West told the court what happened.

West said the victim told police there was another female in the car with her.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $100,000 bond for Stidum Wednesday after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with discharging a firearm from a vehicle and tampering with evidence. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim until the case is settled.
