A $10,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of breaking into a closed convenience store Sunday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jana Cara Wooldridge, 29, with commercial burglary.

Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson told the court that officers were sent to the Fast Mart on Cherry Street in response to a burglary and continued with what they found when they arrived.

Carson said Wooldridge has no local convictions, but records showed prior convictions in Miller County for possession of a controlled substance and breaking or entering.

The Public Defender’s Office was appointed to represent Wooldridge.
