During a court hearing Tuesday, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson explained what happened.

Carson said Johnson has no prior convictions or pending charges and Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $10,000 bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Johnson with commercial burglary.

He was told to come back to court Oct. 20.
